I Hate My Job

I was told today by my boss that there was meeting. I show up and she was actually giving me and a coworker trouble. We were given a task awhile ago. The boss didnt make it clear what was suppose to be done first. But a staff/coworker mentioned it to her. I did the task that was apparently wasnt important but wasn't told that. The boss said to me if you arent going to do your job right. I'm going to have to do something about you. Which I know is being fired. I told her/ him she has to be clearer but apparently I should just know this. I have had similar situation before with the same staff/ coworker but the boss hasn't fired me. At least now I know what I should be doing orderly task wise. I think my boss hates to be wrong and there is some lack of communication. Also the coworker/staff member I sense that he/she dont like me cuz he/she always complains about me. I wish the coworker would tell me themselves.

Yep my manager is similar. Not a very good communicator. I wonder how he/she got the job..
seems like everything she says can be interpreted multiple ways. Then when I ask about it, he/she acts like I'm being annoying.
