I Hate My Job and Need to Get a New One

I would quit today if I didn’t make almost exactly what I need to survive (I have no room to go down financially for a better job). I’m also stuck because I’m in the middle of plans that would be entirely ruined if I changed jobs. Ironically, next month I will be at this job the longest of my career despite it being the worst job I’ve had thus far.
