Trouble finding new work

Anyone else finding the job market to be a joke and everything requires either experience in that field or you are just being rejected from everything?

Try being over 60 and black in this job market. Age discrimination in the job market is unchecked. Having too much experience is worse than not having enough.

hr depts get slammed with applications and resumes. keep it just one page and be sure to include key words in the job description. try not to make yourself sound over qualified...good luck!!👍
