Paradox Of Job Hunting
It's easier to get a job when you already have a job, even though you probably don't need it. But when you do need a job and don't have one, then it's almost impossible to get hired. Exceptions like going through school and/or changing careers are acceptable to employers, but not circumstances like health and family issues. I think ironically now that I'm working as a courier for UberEats (and DoorDash, but haven't actually started that), it'll finally be easy for me to get a crappy retail, food service, and/or hospitality job. When pretty much throughout my highschool, university, and college years I couldn't land a single one of such pink collar jobs.
