I Hate Job Interviews

The weirdest question i’ve recieved in an interview was for a special education para teacher position. I was asked, how would I treat black and brown students? As if people are going to be honest and say why they shouldn’t be treated the same. The school holds true to diversity, there are many students of different ethnic groups attending. So why pinpoint to only two groups of children?
