Been a week, good working hours doing repairs on BMWs fixing oil and coolant leaks and a 3 clutch jobs. One was a new customer's and she has full confidence in me now. Dealer tried to screw her wanting to replace parts not needed to be replaced. She was happy to see the bill and got to meet me too. Thanked me seeing I cared about her and am 100% honest to her. Said she will have a friend of hers bring down her BMW which she got screwed by the dealer and 2 other shops. Also a Mini Cooper with a braking issue. Snap On dealer made my day on Tuesday luckily my mom came to see me. Knew it was her birthday and bought her 3 pairs of pink Snap On socks for her birthday. I knew she wanted a pair or two and now happy she has some. He had a tool cart in I had ordered too and he threw those socks in with the deal. Matco came in on Wednesday, he got in a new Milwaukee tool I wanted, kept one on hold for me paying that off on the spot. Cornwell was supposed to come today, was at his dad's funeral and he told us ahead of time. Did say a die grinder I had sent in for warranty came back.
