Some days being a supervisor is not easy
One thing about my job I really hate is having to let people go. You never know how people are going to take getting terminated. Today sucked being a boss. The pay is definitely not worth it sometimes.

It does suck and the tough things are hard to do. You feel bad the person is losing their job but there is a reason why.
