A Bachelors Degree in anything is the equivalent of a high school graduation diploma of 15 years ago. If you have business administration experience from previous employers, that will take you further than the credential of a Bachelors Degree. An MBA will put you at the front of the line during employment interviews, but an MBA will not guarantee a job if someone with a lower credential like a BBA has several years experience in business administration.
