I am worried about my career now. AI is taking over so many things. Upon that I never feel confident about the job I do. I feel I forget things and never remember if I try to work on my skills. Lately I feel if I am somewhere In ADHD spectrum. Does anyone else in their 30s-40s feel this ?

It obviously depends on your job and Career path, but a working with AI, leveraging it's possibilities will beat someone who resists or opposes AI

AI in the end is just a new tool. If you dig holes for a living, better start learning to drive the excavator.

If you are a coaler on a steamer, better learn to drive the electric train
