Sometimes just working hard is more important than how smart a person is.

@Freetime it gets you somewhere than no where... yea... but i think if a smart person works hard, he might atleast be sure he will get job...

I have seen smart people fail because they put off studying, they lacked self-discipline in life.

I have seen people who work hard but still fail or get marks but not good enough marks to get a good job...

@sahi81 I'm sure being smart helps, but other things do too. It's important to get to know a network of people who might be able to help you.
