I meet with my boss today to talk about my new job position that he created for me

The director visited yesterday and approved of the new position. Nobody wants to move to my area for this job, which is why they are choosing me since I have "experience" in the field and it's easier to hire within the company.

What questions should I ask? I’m not sure how much I will be paid. I’m assuming he will tell me, but I don't know if I should just accept whatever he offers.
