Any Proposal, Grant, or Technical writers with interview insight?

I've successfully made it to the final interview of a prestigious nonprofit organization. They are seeking a business proposal writer, and requested that I send in 3 writing samples (one RFP) for their review. I sent them and was offered the final interview opportunity. I am very nervous because the interview will be 90 minutes with multiple senior leaders in the organization present. I have a degree in professional/technical writing. And I have a minor in communication. My background is in social media management, operations management, and children's librarianship. I am concerned about what will be asked of me, and whether I am prepared enough for the interview. I am currently scouring the internet for any advice or tips. I can leverage the fact that this is their first business proposal writer position, and no one has filled this role before. So it is still being fleshed out. Any advice about what to prepare for would be greatly appreciated.

I have worked as a Project Manager, Tech Author and Requirements Manager all of which would be ideal background for that job but one thing bothers me and maybe you could bring this up (or not it may lose you the job) you can write business proposals but they will still need to go through a legal expert before being offered outside of the company. Only a lawyer will know what explicitly needs to be written to make sure your company does not get hung out to dry.
My last tech job was at a company where this happened, we were subcontracted to a large British Company whose initials are RR and the contract writer allowed any financial penalties incurred by RR from the company they were working for to be transferred to the company I worked for. They flippantly rejected all the work we produced for them and I realised this was a no win situation and left the job.
if you get stuck in the interview
just say you're a proficient writer
that's your skill , you've not done many interviews
