Job Offers

Let's assume people use and have LinkedIn
And, from time to time, you have recruiters sending you a message or what not, asking if it makes sense for you. That thing "makes sense", it's in itself weird... of course it makes sense, it's somekind of weird criptic language...
The other thing is... you only give me good stuff that suits you (the company), not the good things that suits me, the worker... Why and how would that make sense for me?
Why not give me some kinda of preview of benefits? Or a range of benefits?

Does that happen a lot with you?

They were the ones that came to me
They only sent me a list of requeriments that are interesting to them
Lie. They told me they have hybrid work. But didnt told me where
It was 6 lines of "we need this"
One line of "you get this, but we dont say where we are located"

Not the most apealing offer

That is what i was trying to get to
One thing is when I go to them
Another is when they come to me
