I did an internship years ago at an organization...I have interviewed for a position at the organization...

The phone interview consisted of the manager, along with the team mates, all asking me questions.

It went fine, no issues there.

The manager sent me a correspondence with additional info that I need to provide for a presentation, CC ing the other team mates.

A name on the email stood out to me.
One of the names was of someone that I briefly shadowed during college (for like 2 hours maybe) and did an informational interview with.

When I was in college, I had a big presentation to do as a part of my internship.
The presentation was to be done at the organization that she worked at, the same one that she works at now, which I have the opportunity to work at.

The presentation was the exact type of presentation that she would do, working at the job that she does.

When I was in college, I asked her a question for advice for my PowerPoint presentation.

She responded, then added, "if you send the PowerPoint to me in an email, I can look it over for you".

I did not send her my PowerPoint.

I truly believe that she asked for my presentation so that she could utilize MY PowerPoint as her own, to present over and over as a part of her job.

When I saw her name on the email, it made my heart drop.

I'm a little conflicted about this job now.

I wouldn’t give it a second thought. If it’s a job you want then go for it!

@Jenny1234 This would be choice #2. I'm really hoping to hear back from the folks that I interviewed with about a week ago.

@iamnikki what’s your first choice?

@Jenny1234 A job that allows me to travel locally to different organizations, meeting with my clients, then going home once I'm done and completing the "paperwork".
