Should I keep calling back?

I received a text message from a staffing company asking me if I'd like to come in and explore job opportunities at their office.

I responded with "yes" 3 hours ago. Still no response.

I'm assuming they're busy with office work or other calls.

I've been calling back once an hour. Nobody has picked up the phone yet.

Should I just walk into their office?
