Hasn’t anybody? What did you expect, to make everyone happy? Well you can’t! Get over it. Those are the facts.
I left a job Because I wasn’t fond of the work schedule but I toughened it out anyways. The pay isn’t enough so I had to look for something that will work for me. Some coworkers wasn’t happy that I left but I wasn’t going to let it stop me from what makes me happy.

@PetiteJulie01 yeah you’re right but you don’t have to be rude by saying get over it.

Close to where you live.
Benefits, paid breaks and vacations......
If the salaries are equal .....

Then it is a no-brainer, your former boss is extending the invite, so you know they want you back

I'd accept the offer but not tell the current job until 2 weeks before you leave

And BTW, TAKE all the PTO and vacation time you have immediately because the current trend is for them not to pay you for it if you resign.
@Threepio Yeah they do all sound great and it would be nice to have a job closer to me again. I do want to go back. I’ll let my current admin and my team know my decision once I decide. I will tell them a head of time before Christmas break.

You'll never make everyone happy. You have to do what's best for YOU.
@DCarey True. The only person I can make happy is myself.
