Yesterday she slept for an hour until a client came in and dinged the bell on her desk and scared her half to death. Two photos for your enjoyment. The second is just a closeup. She wears her winter coat because she claims our office is too cold. Fyi I did complain about this yesterday.

You complained about the cold office, or the receptionist sleeping on the job?
The receptionist should probably be asked to find another job. One where she's not expected to be awake when visitors walk in. Are they related to the "boss"?
