No, it isn't worth it! That deal has you paying for the company's car doing company business. In addition to that, you won't have control of the insurance policy because the beneficiary would be the company, not anyone else. Always keep company business (including cars) separate from your own affairs. If the company was truly offering you anything of value, it would cost you 'zero' each month, not $200. Don't fall for that 'company car' crap-trap if you can avoid it!
