Anyone else have bitchy co workers?

This guy I work with keeps saying how much he hates working this job but yet he keeps showing up.. doesn't really make sense. He said he applied at another job but still waiting to hear back. I don't care if he leaves honestly. I think it's just one of those things like he's telling everyone he's gonna quit but he's not actually gonna do it. He just wants to see if anyone gives a shit if he leaves. Which nobody does so
