What does "Well-received" mean here?

So I applied for a job, and at some stage, I had to record a 3 minutes video and send them. After sending the video, they replied to me: "Well-received". What does this mean? Does it mean that my application passed this stage, and they were pleased with the video? Or was it just a confirmation that they got the file?

English is my third language, and I am sorry this question might sound dumb to some of you. Lol

It means someone went to church and received the gift of salvation. It means that the whole congregation got rowdy and jumped around and people were screaming and hollering Praise Jesus and filling up water balloons with holy water and throwing them at each other and before long a huge Riot broke out in the police and National Guard showed up and had to use rubber bullets and tear gas bombs and what are we talking about again?
