What does "Well-received" mean here?

So I applied for a job, and at some stage, I had to record a 3 minutes video and send them. After sending the video, they replied to me: "Well-received". What does this mean? Does it mean that my application passed this stage, and they were pleased with the video? Or was it just a confirmation that they got the file?

English is my third language, and I am sorry this question might sound dumb to some of you. Lol

It's an ambiguous phrase and can mean they are acknowledging receipt or it could mean they were satisfied with the content of the video.

Typical corporate response.

@Ontheroad You probably gave the best answer. I also believe it can mean either of those. TBH, I find it annoying. Lol, I guess I just have to wait and see.

@LookingForTheSummer The best thing to do is keep focussing on applying for more jobs. If you hear back from this one, that's great. If not, you won't have wasted time and emotion. Good luck! ♥️

@Fluffybull yes, that's what I will do. Thank you! :)
