Had another screening interview on the phone today, this time it was a really cool company that I'm actually interested in.

I was a touch awkward, but the lady seemed to like me anyway. She implied that I'll get a second interview. I let her know that I'm waiting to hear back from another company, and she replied that she'll try and expedite the hiring process.

I feel somewhat confident about this one because it's a lower position that I'm perhaps slightly overqualified for... but she doesn't seem to concerned about that because their actuarial department hires in-house, so that just means they'll have more good candidates if they take me up.
