Just realized that I still have some inherent biases

I don't consider myself a sexist in any way and have always been strongly for women's rights in every way.

Yet, at my new (engineering) job, I was just assigned a female supervisor/mentor and I feel some of my biases seeping through. Wow. I'm kinda ashamed tbh.
