Why does the head of the library expect the janitor to continue cleaning the restrooms without sanitizing chemicals?

Librarians who matter said they don't want me to have chemicals around+. It bothers them. They quit ordering restroom cleaner four months ago to stop me from using it. Do I let them have this? Try to protect the public from disease, as usual? Quit, and find another bunch of idiots to serve?
