When It Rains It Pours

So as I am anticipating this new career change a different job has come up. It's close to home and would give me the monies I am currently looking for. It's also a job I would enjoy even though it would be busy and require lots of multitasking. This doesn't mean I have to entirely give up on the other potential (but it does require more schooling and certification.)
Now I feel like I have two paths to ponder. I think ultimately the first choice will bring me more of what I want and will be longer sustaining, whereas this job will be quicker money and I won't have to build myself up and "sell my skills" over time as I would need to with the first. With the close to home it would be a solid check but the other will be that building up process. It feels nice to have options but it leaves me with pros and cons again .
