Would you make people feel stupid if they want a easy Job?

i work for a pool company only make $15.50 an hour as an assistant manager i hate my job.

When i tell my store manager & the other assistant manager who is younger then me them i could make more that at work at was & have a easy k
Job there with no responseibtys .

They talk to as if I'm crazy like you don't want a job like that
