I had an interview last Friday....

And at the end the guy said I should hear back on Monday... its now Thursday & heard nothing yet... I will make contact for feedback but should I email HR or the interview panel?

Unprofessional not to make contact within time frame given... don't mind if it's a no... just stand by your word...

What you're "supposed to do" is follow up after some time even if they said they'd contact you, but I hate it as much as you do

@DDonde no issue with following up... just need an answer... my experience if I need to follow up its a no... just fucks me off when ppl don't stand to their word... in any situation...

I'm running into the same thing...no calls back. Ghosting. The new rudeness. They can all sit on a hot fireplace poker.
