Right now I am starting a new job, I'm trying daily to get a feel for the job, but so far I can't do my job without direct training from the job. I don't like the job and would rather be in a different department, BUT I don't hate it either so there is that. Anything that pays more than minimum wage is worth it.

When I first got my job here at the Grand Canyon I was told don’t do too much because that is what will be expected everyday and everyone in my dept took breaks non stop throughout the day lol .. I eventually sped up and outshined everyone and became supervisor within 3 months lol

I feel that the first two months are the easiest, cuz you’re still knew and people know that you’re still adjusting so they don’t expect much from you. After that, they do.

I used to. Not anymore. I’ve grown very numb to jobs. They’re easily replaceable.
