Temporary tax code

Basically I've just got a new job but before this job I hadn't worked in nearly 3 years but I wasn't claiming any state benefits as my boyfriend was supporting us both I've got a temporary tax code and now I am waiting for hmrc to send me my permanent one but I've been taxed nearly 100 pounds because of my emergency tax code will I get my money back
