Covid Problem number 14,909,457,390

I have a serious problem. I have to quit my job soon or I will literally go insane. But I haven't had a vacation since 2019. I've got six weeks of PTO accrued, but won't be able to use that time before I quit my job, due to COVID travel restrictions. I'm already severely depressed as I haven't had a vacation in two years. But then, when I switch jobs, I won't be able to take another vacation for one or two years due to (no PTO accrued). I can't be the only person facing this dilemma. What's the solution? Even if I take unpaid time off, I can't travel anywhere soon due to the quarantine requirements. Plus, a new employer probably wouldn't let me take unpaid time off. But our new manager is ...
