My supervisor said I’m too slow on the job and is saying I have this month to improve. I don’t know what I’m going to do. I’ve put in my 2 week notice

I’m at my retail job. What should I do. Should I stick it out and put in my best effort to hopefully meet their standards, or start looking for another job? I wanted to work construction so badly, but yet again I can’t do the work fast enough.

The advice you need is be a better employee. If a lousy worker moves thru 20 jobs and never gets any better than when they were fired from their first.......what have you gained? Your solution isn't changing jobs....it's deciding to be worth what you are being paid on this one. If ur not going to do that on this job........when?
