Which box do I tick

So I've just got a job with an agency I. Was wondering what box to tick on the employment hmrc forms it gives 3 options 1.this will be my only job but since last April I've been receiving JSA or taxable income but my bf has been supporting us both so I haven't been receiving any benefits what box shall I tick
