At your job, do you get a yearly bonus with your salary?

@XenonRush Long story. We were paid well and treated even better…then the plant manager got greedy and more demanding. So we got a union. At that point, the company advised that we would no longer be getting a bonus. So we advised the company that we would appreciate them rolling the bonus in with the wages, or we would shut the place down. We didn’t ask for the world…just wanted to keep what we had. They costed everything out and rolled the bonus in.
