Is having two consecutive off days enough for you to recover from the work week?

It's really not. I say we have a three day work week and four days to rest.

Agreed. I'm all for getting to as close to balanced as possible. One day is typically designated for chores and errands, so it's really more like a six day work week.@SW-User
