You sound like a confident type of person, someone who can use their own initiative. You sound like you don't 'play' with a job so I guess that you'd be reliable too. I think you stand a very good chance of the position. You say the company is good, so you could be worthy of promotion to a higher level later? One always has to start at the beginning and if you're successful and you make an impression to your employers, you could be in for a higher level sooner, rather than later.
If you're keen, you won't be on the 'bottom rung' for long.
