I Dont Just Want A Job I Want A Career

So guys to start with I am from very humble family background. My parents were very supportive. I completed my graduation and then I took up my job and completed my masters as well. I always wanted to take up supervisor role. After 5 years of struggle I finally got a team leader job. That job was my last job which was near to in every sense. Unfortunately company closed down I lost my job.I have been searching for job in same profile, given interview, some say you have very less supervisor role go for ground level, some say they will call me after interview to never reply back. Recently I got a job at small company in same profile but salary was very less and far away my residence. I turned it down . I worked there for 2 days and for some reason I discontinued. They called me and requested me to come back. I said I will come back provide there is hike in salary. They did raise salary but not to my expectation still I agreed. But I didnt turned up for job as promised. Then again afte 1 week I asked them whether I can come and join. After sometimes they agreed that I can still join. But again I didnt join as I was getting interview calls for same position to which I wasnt selected later. Now I am not getting any interview calls for same position. I am trying for ground level job again and again I am on starting point. I regret my decision of not joining that job. I wrote an email week ago to ask whether they can still consider me. They didnt reply. I am feeling hopeless about my career.

Never ever, give up.
Except with that company, you let them down twice and you can't do that to people, I think they were more than fair with you. Keep looking, never give up, it looks like you need to concentrate on the smaller companies (prioritise them over the larger ones) but don't give up looking with the larger companies too. Good luck.
