Totally depends on what weapons they keep getting. It's a huge L for Russia regardless, given all the losses Russia has suffered over made up reasons to invade. And this was regarded as the second most powerful military. Pretty pathetic

@Whyme that's true. It's so annoying when Russia makes headlines for doing something with their nuclear arsenal. If they launched anything, they are sealing their own fate.
