i have so many ideas...no idea how to bring them to life

restaurant, gym and indoor swimming pool, bowling alley, multistory warehouse turned into highend lofts, church turned into much needed retirement\nursing facility ...so many empty buildings in area i could put into use. old rundown strip mall made into affordable housing... i wonder hasnt someone else the same visions??
