When I first starting having sex, I'd fall in love with everyone I had sex with.

I got a bit more experienced but started to hate myself, so when someone agreed to have sex with me I'd feel distain for them. If I was awful they must be stupid.

I grew up a lot, and realised that everyone is worthy of love, and if you have sex with someone it can't help but bring you closer to them. You're both opening up to each other in different ways, and you'll see other parts of them to love.

I think starting with love - for yourself and for others - and then moving on to sex is best. EDIT But it only works if you're both on that page. Otherwise one is giving and the other is taking.
