Companies be on some bullshit now so you can't really blame people for quitting they jobs

Cuz I notice most people at work like they don't really like being moved around too much like if they give you a position like you're only supposed to be doing that one job right ? Nah. Companies gonna put you wherever you're needed. So you nah mean like why would the company hire new employees and have them trained when they can just teach the people they currently have to learn all this other shit just in case they need them to do all that you nah mean. Like it's not rocket science. The company saves money that way. They gon throw your ass wherever they need you end of story and if you don't like it well you can leave. And that's literally what's happening right now.
