I Hate Companies Who Disregard The Welfare Of Others

There is definitely a crisis in this country.

One side strictly sites that people as a whole are particularly lazy and don't work. In some cases that may be true. But let's explore another train of thought.

Back when , there was incentive to work hard and stay until you retire. One could literally work his or her way up from box boy to manager to even CEO. Along the way came raises. Increases in benefits. Etc. As it should be.

This may be still true in SOME corporations. However ...

In many nowadays. Diligence and experience is often overlooked in favor of company yes men or who is who's favorite cousin. You may actually be in the very same starting pay bracket ten years from when you were first hired. And more and more often good employees are fired or laid off for minor or even nonexistent rationale. And not SERIOUS infractions or legitimate reasons. This absolutely contributes to the welfare pool when it's easily prevented.

In a system that now amounts to a treadmill or basically perpetual slavery for minimum pay. Its easy to see why some people after exhausting themselves for very little gain ....simply give up.

My solution. Bring INCENTIVE back to the workplace. Solve ALOT of the problem. Happier employees equal better performance. Happier employees equal less quitters and that means less dole payouts. Problems fixed.

Put the needs of the many above the needs of the top 15 percent. Better society as a whole.
