why is everything automated now

basically i broke my gaming chair, i only bought it a year ago, june 2023 - i sat on it a couple of weeks ago and one of the wheels on the chair snapped off? the chair is still under warranty, i also bought insurance on it...and the company who i bought it off, want to communicate all by email? where as i am demanding that i speak to a live HUMAN BEING on the phone to resolve it.................i want a full refund or i want a replacement chair.

ive phoned this company 4 times now asking can someone contact me by phone to resolve this problem, and the customer service said the management do it all by email? i told them i have learning disability's and can't respond to emails, have difficulty with it..............but the management keep emailing me.....i warned them today when i spoke to customer services for the 4th time, that will report it to the trading standards body.....so the woman said she would put all what i said in my case notes and that someone would contact me in 2 working days..............but she said she couldn't promise id get a phone call.


what can i do? i spent a lot of money on this chair, this piece of cheaply made junk! and all they can do is contact me by email??
