Do you find it comfortable about going to a place where the owner is always around?

Like living in an apartment with the owner always check the location or if your at a coffee shop where the proprietor stares at you.. No. I feel so uncomfortable I feel like being spot with a CCTV and for my every move being watched or every single sip of my coffee lol I don’t have criminal intent but the way they look or their frequent presence is just weird for me. Just the same in my apartment. My neighbor’s a couple, they might be married or not but as soon as they transferred the next door..the woman is so loud as lol and as days go on aside from their 60K USD Ducati arrives at 2AM, I knew which time they do because they are noisy AF. They don’t even care if carpenters hear them as there is on going construction next to them..So I quite got it why my landlord always ask if I am okay or if my next door neighbor is not noisy? Perhaps the carpenters told him about it 🤣 I wouldn’t complain about them, poor neighbors, first is I don’t even have someone with me or a child to complain about the noise….good thing I also told my mom not to stay or visit me often cause my place is so boring..And lastly because these neighbors are partners, relationships need a four wall room, it’s their privacy and there’s no anyway to make a Ducati off it’s noise. I would feel bad about paying rent and paid only to feel like a prisoner..not unless it sounds domestic violence or murder, I would call police.
