The world still turns regardless of the virus . Those who are at risk of serious complications can certainly stay home and work from there if possible . The rest of us come to work . A cough or runny nose at this point is reason to stay home . This mass hysteria is ridiculous . People don’t have enough food to stay home for 2 weeks , life still goes on . Driving in traffic is still far more dangerous than this virus .

It’s rough babe. Have a meeting and see who would want to take time off and who wouldn’t?

Good hygiene and proper gear can help reduce risks

Gloves
Sanitizer
Alcohol
Disinfectants
Soap and water

Staff? I`ve never considered the wife staff, but I do like that idea. 😊Oh and she gets paid plenty. 🤨

Yes. It’s the risk business people have to take. Besides, governments usually help them in those cases. I hate how selfish people are

I think you can [i]count[/i] on things not getting better after 2 weeks. Yes, these ARE hard times. But if we all pull together, we can make it.

I'm a small business owner, and if I had employees, I would you give them their 2 weeks paid vacation and ask them to stay home.

I sold my company a little while ago which turned out to be a timely decision. If I were still owner I would give them the choice. They all have leave time and I wouldn't want to make them come in if it made them uncomfortable.

Everybody should have to work for themselves for 1 year see what's like only get paid for what you do

Provide the 2 week vacation, then they can sign up for the enhanced unemployment.

I've told mine I'd risk first two weeks no changes in pay or staff but that after that we'd have to hope things are going well or major shifts in pay or staffing would occur.

As long as the employees are continually receiving their pay... you can get bank loans to cover it and the loans will be forgivable from what I gather... check with your bank to be sure.
