I want to own a business. Why should my potential future employees get what I get?

Why should they share ownership of my business? Why shouldn't I keep most of the profit while paying them minimum wage? It is my idea, my business, my effort, and my loss if it fails.

They’ll probably be more motivated to work hard and you’ll have less turnover if you pay them a better wage
