Not as long as he's actively managing his businesses.

When Nelson Rockefeller was made VP, one of the conditions was that he place all his wealth in blind trusts managed by outsiders. This was so he couldn't knowingly make decisions that would affect his personal wealth. Elon (and Tяump) should be subject to the same rules.
