so i ship an item. and i actually haven't shipped something so heavy so this item actually ended up costing $12 for shipping so i actually completely lost on the order. I didn't make any money i ended up losing money because she offered me a lowered rate and i accepted without considering the fact that the package would cost more than the usual $4

then on top of losing money, the dumb ass buyer sends it back and says it's not the same as the photo

Yes, it is. It's literally a brand-new fvvking item 🙄 so annoying literally anytime you do a customer a favor or offer them a lower rate for something you can guarantee it's going to be a pain in the ass, they're going to bitch about the item, or give you a bad review

i just messaged her and asked her what the problem was with the order and why is it being returned. i respect her decision i am just curious about what she says

It's not my knitting stuff it's some other stuff i sell. I sell things from a few niches. This is work stuff. I have two categories one is heat and work stuff. I sold her an ice vest technically from both.

edit: i did not handle that as professionally as i should have but anyway you live and you learn... not to fcck with me that is (JK) lol
