What do you think about giving a discount?

at one side it attract potential customer but in the other side it build tendency to our customer to only buy when there is a discount

I work in the grocery business. Yes we have a tendency to train our customers to buy on when on the flyer.

@YukikoAmagi I think when you are just starting out. Like the company I work for expanded to a different area, you just expect some losses in the first couple of years in an attempt to build brand recognition.
