What website could I go onto or how would I create a logo for a business?

I want to create a logo that can't get copyrighted or that later on I won't get sued for using. If anyone knows any information that could help thank you. Also, I am not willing to pay any websites for a logo.

You could Google "free logos", but you'll only get general purpose ones that may be used by hundreds of others as well. Nobody is going to create something especially for you and hand over all the rights for free.
