I Love Buddhism
Buddhism literally saved my life. At one point in my life i was so suicidal it was unbearable. All the bullying, the hurt, the loss and the guilt was overwhelming. So many things happened at once that my weak mind (BPD) couldn't handle it. One night, I sat down ans listened to the Dhammapada (the sayings of the Buddha). That night, I decided to change for the better, and let go of my old ways. Enough with anger, hatred, guilt, envy, and feelings of revenge. I gradually learnt to let go of a lot of things and find inner peace. I learnt to take responsibility for my emotions. Now I live a much healthier and happier life.
